ISO/IEC 42001:2023 Certification Process
After finalization of the agreement with the client, Quality Systems’ experts conduct a detailed gap analysis of the existing AI-related processes against ISO/IEC 42001:2023 requirements. Identified gaps may relate to policies, risk controls, data management, system transparency, and implementation practices.
Based on agreed timelines, implementation activities are initiated. Once documentation, system implementation, and awareness are completed, the organization proceeds for the certification audit. Our team provides full support throughout the process to ensure successful certification.
The certification audit is conducted in two stages (Stage 1 and Stage 2). Upon successful completion, the certificate is issued with a defined validity period, subject to periodic surveillance audits. Re-certification is required after the certification cycle to maintain compliance.
