EcoVadis Assessment Process

After finalization of the agreement with the client, Quality Systems’ experts conduct a detailed gap analysis of the organization’s existing systems against EcoVadis requirements. The gap analysis identifies weaknesses related to policies, procedures, records, implementation, performance data, employee awareness, supplier management, and compliance with applicable laws and international standards.

Based on the agreed timelines, we support the organization in documentation development, data collection, and system strengthening. Once all required information and evidence are prepared, we assist the client in online questionnaire completion and document submission on the EcoVadis platform. Our technical team provides full support throughout the assessment cycle to help achieve an improved EcoVadis score and rating.

EcoVadis analysts review the submitted data and issue a scorecard, which is valid for one year. Organizations are expected to improve their systems continuously and renew the assessment annually to demonstrate progress in sustainability performance.
